How do you guys get your heads sharp? I don't know about you, but I can't sharpen anything if if requires me to hold a steady angle. I used to use a Lansky system for my knives until I found a large 4-rod Crock Stick (By Matco) system clearanced at Galyans when Dicks bought them out a few years ago. The link is to one similar.
I can't imagine anything better for knives, short of an expensive EdgePro system, but broadheads often need more work than a knife and I like something quicker. I found something last year that works great for me. It is a Lil' Shaver. http://www.3riversarchery.com/ListProduct.asp?offset=0
It works like a Lansky knife sharpener, but uses a file instead of stones. The file is just glued on and can be easily replaced. I glued a piece of leather to the back of the file holder, so I can quickly go from the file to a strop.
One tip I would offer with any sharpening system is to color the blade bevels with a black magic marker. This will help you see if you have the angle correct and where more metal needs to be removed.
