it never ceases to amaze me how lethal a Bow and arrow are. I'm not the best shot for sure, and hold out for close shots, under 20 yards, and way more under 15 yards. Most deer I have killed with a bow have died in sight, or just out of site, not even necessitating blood trailing. It just works that quick. You puncture both lungs, they just aint going far. I killed a button buck one time that bareley reacted, thought id missed him, literally took 2 steps, shook, and fell over dead . Complete pass throughs always help. I honestly have more faith in arrows than bullets.
