Hello Mike. Yes the shoot starts Thur. We will set the course early thur morning. All deer targets. After it's ok'd by the range officer shooting can commence.

The shoot will be thur, fri and sat. It used to end on Sun but there wasn't much interest so we're gonna try this and see how it works.

Camping is free. If you go to the web page it lists the bylaws and equipment.

I'll make a more detailed post later.

Thanks for feedback! As of right now we will probably drive down on Thursday and shoot...maybe camp and hangout awhile of Friday. Looking forward to it! Thanks again-Mike

We only really have primative camping. But we have plenty of room. The clubhouse has facilities.

Hotels and food in Scottsburg about 10 or so minutes away. We will have food provided for a fee Fri afternoon and during the day Sat.

Some people cook and some go in to Ponderosa Steak house. Not too many of those around anymore and it's good.

Thur and Fri will be mostly shooting with the shootoff and awards Sat.

We have a trade blanket that's a lot of fun. And a coon shoot may break out if there's interest.

I'll try to be there Friday. I don't know if I'll be able to camp overnight. My truck has something wrong with it and I doubt I'll be able to get it fixed before the shoot.

My daughter has a homecoming thing Friday evening. Looks like I will be missing the trade blanket this year. I'll still try to be there for the day Friday. I'll have some of my trade items set out. I have a couple of bows and other stuff if anyone is interested.

Due to a family member having surgery I am going to have to back out of attending the shoot this week. I am disappointed, but family comes first. Hope to attend some of the shoots next year for sure and I wish you all great success with the shoot and in the upcoming season!!

Is anyone interested in cast iron skillets? I have a bunch to sell or trade. I don't want to haul them if there is no interest. Some are cleaned and seasoned and some need cleaning.
