I love them. Some do some don't. You can buy them at your local Kroger or Jay C. Fischer Packing makes them. They are somewhere near the meat aisle as a rule. Make them. If you don't like them you will find plenty who do.

Thanks Tim, I looked at Kroger today but I looked in the pickle isle. Your right I think I seen them on the back wall with that pickle bologna stuff. I tried that one time when Dale had some up at Morgantown.

Close to the worst thing I ever ate.bleh And I've ate some pretty rank stuff.doh

Well I went back to Kroger, none. Went to Meijer, None. Dollar General, nope. Rural King, success kind of.

They had Amish Wedding brand.

Your in luck Tim, I'm gonna bring you a whole jar minus one.hmm

Any pickle juice makes good ones too. I'll save the juice from banana pepper rings, dill pickles, and pickled beets. Pack the jar with eggs and put in the back of the fridge for about 3 weeks.
I beleive I have had the Amish eggs, very good, a sweet flavor.

That's what I didn't like, the sweet flavor.

I still might make my own with the spices I like.wink

Sorry Tim, their wont be no Amish Eggs for you.cry

Wife was cleaning out the fridge and asked me if I was gonna eat any more of them. I said no way.disbelief

She said they looked like a jar of dang eyeballs and pitched them.

If I make my own you'll be on the top of my list. Mine will be better.wink

As Tim said, use leftover pickle juice. Throw a couple jalapeņos in there and bring it to a boil. Put the hard boiled eggs in and seal it while hot. About a moon N in the fridge and they will make you " Gastly"
