I am selling a rawhide backed osage bow made by a friend of mine. He is a very skilled bowyer and has several Bow of the Month and a Bow of the Year award in the Primitive Archer Magazine. The bow is a deflex/reflex design that bends through the handle. It's 56" long and 48 lbs @ 27". The bow has a slight S shape when viewed from the back. He dyed the bow when he made it. It's a speedster and the arrows hit the target with some authority. No hand shock at all. If I weren't saving for my elk hunt this fall, I'd have snatched it up. Anyone looking for a nice selfbow, this would be a good one.
