I used to make Ash arrows when we were on the farm. As I remember, they weren't bad. Anyway, I found a source for 5/16th Ash dowels, pretty cheap. I ordered 100 to test. Any interest from you guys, if I can get them for around $.85 each?

Heck , for $10.20 a Doz. I will try a Doz. in 45-50 # spine .

Well, I got the shafts. After cursory straightening, they are running 40 to 60 spine. Most are close to 40/45. They are not completely dry yet, so will stiffen some. I will know more before our shoot
