Jon, unfortunately, nothing light. These are the bows I used to shoot many years ago. With my short draw I was pulling mid to high 50's. Can't do that no more as they say in Lewis County, KY.

You can't get much weight off side removal. It's used mostly for adjusting tiller. I'd say 2-3 lbs tops.

I have a nice Elburg I got today. Found previous owner Dave Hewitt who told me it was one Harry didn't send out as the weight was off. It's 45#'s 54" and very sweet!
I beg to differ Tim , I take a lot of weight off of bows by rounding the corners and If I need more weight off I narrow the limbs if there is enough to work with there.
