Oh yea. We had 57 signed up shooters and we always miss a couple so I say 60 in all.
Great weather, excellent set, delicious food, good friends, several young uns, and lots of fun.
We missed the ones that didn't make it. Ronald, JR, Doyle, Rob Vance, Matt S. Matt M. Norm, little Ronnie,Bubba, Big Mike Z. Cody, Steve and Clint. All those new Self Bow fellers, Ol Strang. Emory and Preston. Jose, them Pyle bros, Bryan G, French. There's quite a few more cause I can't remember them all.
I've got a feeling we're gonna set some attendance records this year.
I'm talking about our weekend shoots. If attendance kept going up it'd be pretty cool to see the club go to the next level where you could have a couple vendors, maybe a guest speaker like ol' toothless...lol.
I think we had a good set today and i thought that lots of folks went on a second round.I missed Jar and a few other folks today and had a great time shooting with my son even tho he has not figured out how to block out the Bear Claw smack talk, and Chris i will still take the Gray Ghost. All in all i had a great time, Range Crew great job! and to the officers and all others that put their time and effort in to the club so that we all have a place to shoot and just hang out with our buds. thanks warhammer, we appreciate all the good words. make sure you all say thanks to greg ison for being a range off. i backed that bou up to no. one in the back of my truck fri. i carried the leg stands & antlers & hammer down, turned around & looked, & greg had that bou up on his back and carried it all the way down to where we set it. WOW, that was a load. we would'nt do all that without good participation, so keep on coming back everyone. we have a very good club at scottsburg.......
I have to agree Saturday was a great time! I find it's a great time everytime we shoot, that's obviously due to a lot of hard work making it all happen!
