All right. Here's all the plans as I understand them.
Anyone that can come up early friday to help set up will certainly be apreciated. We will be at the club by 9:00am and get everything done as soon as possible. Anyone wanting to meet at Budrows for breakfast we will be there around 8:00.
This year once everything is set and OK'd by range officer Ronny Mack, shooting can commence. The practice range will be open all day but no range shooting can happen till range is declared safe and ready to go.
If your compeating your first round will be your official score round. Make sure your card is marked as your comp round. All competition rules are stated in the bylaws.
Campers are encouraged to get there early and get the campfire started. The club house will be open and I imagine there will be drinks for sale but no food will be provided on Fri. A bunch have a tradition of going into town to the Chinese buffet. Tim and Jackson said wait for them, and Jim highly recommends the Tapioca pudding
Prices this year are - $25.00 for the individual competition round and the overall that includes all 3 classes and the coon shoot included. Unlimited shooting but only turn scores for comp
$ 20.00 unlimited non comp fun shooting no scores turned in.
$ 10.00 single round.
$ 10.00 age 13-17 competition all classes and coon.
$ 5.00 single round 13-17
Cubs free
There will be four novelty shoots prices and rules anounced at shoot.
Basically same as last year.
Remember the pitch in dinner for Sat evening. This has really been good in the past so try to remember to bring something. Dave said if enough food isn't brought he guesses he'll go into town and the club will pay for a couple hundred Whitecastles. This wont be a good thing around the campfire that night so try to bring something
I'm sure I forgot something but that's it for now. YEEEEEEEEHAWWWWWWW
What time is dinner Saturday evening? and, maybe I should ask Tim, but what time is trade blanket? I won't be there until late in the day. The daughter has orientation at Hanover College that day. Drew is heading down earlier with Jerry B and anxious for the trading.
We will find out about that. I know that the payoffs for the novelty shoots will ba at aprox 4:pm on sat. That's before dinner. I would guess that the trade will be after supper.
Dave is up there mowing today and he might let you know about that later when he get's home.
I think after supper is the only way to go. There will be plenty of light until the coon shoots starts. Everyone bring something to trade
