Checking to see who's coming? Who's camping for the weekend? We had a great shoot last year, one of the best. I plan on camping Fri & Sat. We will be having a pitch in dinner Sat afternoon. Maybe one of the officers can share times for any events and whatever they may have.
dinner should be at 5:00. youth bow giveaway, and dales bow giveaway, should follow the meal. and a member meeting to talk about finances, targets, by-laws, rules, and any elections that we may have. also the best of the best award to give out, and any discussions about the club that anyone wants to speak about. hope that answers some of your questions.. and there may be a coon shoot later on . just for fun..
