Iknow, I know, I post the same thread every year. ............Jose' and I start a thread about the club members going someplace for a group hunt. It rarely happens, but like the Big South Fork trip, when we do, it's a lot of fun.

Hogs? Alligator Gar? Rabbits? I don't care. You know I'll go!

If we schedule with plenty of time, I can work around it. My vote is for hogs down south in Jan/Feb to get away from the cold weather.

God bless, José

Somebody find a good place in Florida to hog hunt early March, and we can shoot the TBOF shoot as well, 2 birds with one stone ! Alot of KTBA and UBK members will be meeting the first week of November at "Eneergy Lake Campground" in Land Between the Lakes. You guys are more than welcome to come. There is 107,000 acres of LBL in the KY portion, it is mostly hardwood forrest, but lots crop fields and food plots as well. It can be as easy or rough as you want, plenty of easy access spots, or you can hike in deep away from the crowds. An Improved campground with hookups, and showers can be nice for such an extended hunt, so you can tent it, or RV, choice is you'res.

Thanks John, that one link names some WMA's in Florida that are good spots, more than I had to go on. Unfortunately I think Turkey season is in when I want to go, and Hogging is not legal during turkey on WMA's. i'll keep looking.
