Thanks to all the club members that put in the hard work of getting everything set up! We had a great time. I stunk the course up as usual, but Drew did well. Any idea when scores will be posted?
Unless we keep score like golf, I will never win a prize! :) We shot a second 1 arrow per target round and the kid shot from the adult stakes...yes, I was humbled by a 14 year old, gangly kid! Thanks!
I had a great time, also. Great shooting, good food, best trade blanket in awhile and fun to hang out with friends. I would encourage more to hang out and camp with there family, a good time!
Yes, a big time had by all. While Cowles, Nail and myself were shooting a round yesterday morning we happened upon a snapping turtle crossing the trail. Cowles failed to kill it with two arrows and Nail had to dispatch it. Made a nice lunch. Jackson had a great time, darn kid tried to shoot everything and DID.He was wound up all the way home and danged proud showing his plaques off to Mom and Grandma. I almost pulled off a first-- a round with no misses ! Missed both shots on the bedded deer. Third shot from the end !

It was a great shoot. Had a lot of fun and made a little money. Swaped some tall tails with good friends. Highly recomend spending the week end at these shoots you have time to enjoy the shooting and your friends.
Thank you Redtail, Steve Redden for the Trade Blanket this was Ron and my first Trade Blanket and it was a blast and the end to a great day. If Redtail wil run it I would love to have a trade blanket at our next shoot at FCCC June 30th and if anyone would like to shoot a round or to of trap I am sure that could be made to happen. I had a ball at the shoot and thank you all for letting a old guy have some fun.
