I think so, Tim. The realtor said the buyer wanted to negotiate for the riding mower and a freezer. I picked up the toothless wonder yesterday and we went down to Leavenworth to look at a place....way too rough for me. (the place--not Jim)

There is a place for sale by me that I want. It's the old Ski Starlight that went under.
It is 360 acres that goes up into the hills. It has a lake that is rumoured to be deep enough to have trout. A big ol ski lodge building that is big enough for an indoor 3-D. All this for about 4 mil.
If you want it John, go ahead and buy. It might take me a while to raise the money
