On the thoughts on Blanket shoot I think it outta stay the same instead of changing to a lottery draw ! Dont penalise the good shooters because if i beat em I feel like ive done somthing and wont let em forget it either as weve found out Jus me I think we should leave it ALONE !! !! The level of good shooters in this Club is what attracted me to it and Quality of the Guys (cowels too ) hehehehe when i quit striving to be better I will prolly Quit that what shooting is all About isnt IT !! !!

I agree 100% J.R. It would be just like Obambie wanting to take from the wealthy and giving it to the poor. Why don't the other shooters just strive to do better? You know i don't care how I shoot. It's just fun and practice for season!
I second that JR. I love comrodery and enjoy being around my friends more than you could know. Compitition makes us strive to be better and has made this country great. I'm afraid if we kill the competitive spirit. One by one we will all get lazier and lazier say to our selves,why make the efort to go to the club I can shoot in the back yard later if I want it doesn't count for anything any way. I can see my budies anouther day. Just a thought.
Well I am a newbie if you can call 69 new but I agree with JR, if getting good don't count for anything why try. I was told back in my motorcycle racing days "if you don't run with people that are better that you you won't get any better". Hell, I think I am going to be great because everyone in the club is better that me and that is the driving force.

Guys, it was great to see you all. I do miss not being able to come to all the shoots. Unfortunately is not getting any better. I am committed to work the 3rd weekend of every month and that is the weekend the shoots are. Bummer! Hopefully I will be able to make some of the early in the year shoots.
Dale, I had to come back to Maine early Sunday morning, but I flew back home last night.
