A friend up here and some buds went to Ft Stewart last year or so. No pigs. He might lend some insight to that.

I just read on Trad Gang where Ft. Stewart now makes you qualify for an archery tag.

Two out of three shots at 9" paper plate. from 20 and 30 yards out of a 25' treestand.

I'm fine with that but some of you boys might want to borrow a compoundevileye

no issue with the shooting, but I ain't getting in a @#$% treestand. I plan to burn the one down by our dam at the club.

I am with John, not getting in no $%^ treestand. Too old for that.

I am not shooting no hog at 30 yards either. I like to get personal with them...     biggrin

I'd hate to drive to GA and then try to shoot a 9" target that is out of my comfort or hunting zone, and then be turned away. From the little bit of first hand stories from Stewart, I don't think it's the place.

I'd be intrested anytime between jan 20-feb 28, anywhere, GA, or FL should be good choices. FL has more feral hogs than any state.
