We need to kick up the conversation about the 2day. Billy, what's the target sets? Since we changed to thirty with one stake at the monthly, are we making changes to the two day? What novelty shoots and what days? What's the setup and times for the coon shoot. Any known vendors attending. Anyone can bring there items to set up and sell.
About what time sat. are we doing the trade blanket? To all, bring you archery, hunting,outdoor items to trade (there have been a few guns traded over the years, safety is a first concern with these). This will be a round robin event. All items are invited regardless of value. Remember you don't have to trade an item if you don't get what you want. This event is a lot of fun, come even if you don't have items to trade.fun to watch.

The trad blanket is supposed to start around 5:00pm Sat. I'm bringing something that you might have to have I'm gonna gather some stuff up tonight after the meeting.
Coon shoot starts at dark. Probably about 9:00.
I think Dave and JR are going up thur and do the finish mowing. A bunch will go Fri and set the targets and novelty's.
All sounds good. Let us know any other info that comes out of tonight's meeting. My friend Pam is coming up from Florida tonight. Our plan is to come up Friday evening and bring the pop-up camper. I'm sure I'll bring a few bows and other items to set up a table. Looks like the weather may be good.

The course will be a 30 target ,1arrow per. target set.There will be 2 maybe 3 BONUS shots which will be [choice][go for bonus or shoot the safe shot]-score plus 15 on bonus,reg. score on safe shot.
Were shooting 1 arrow per target this year so that more participants have more time to shoot all 3 rounds for overall if they choose to,plus have time to mingle and support venders and not feel rushed to compete.
COON shoot will start at dark--shooting every other target for a total of 15 shots.All targets but [1 ]will be canister lit,flashlite on the last target.Everyone who shoots the coon shoot should bring a light for walking the trail.Those who pay for 3 classes shoot for free,those who dont will pay a 5 dollar shoot fee.
Smoker round will basically stay the same[TOUGH] as always
