Hello, my name is Mark Qualkenbush.  I own Mark's 3D Archery and 3D Shoots in Orleans, In.  I have been trying to increase the number of Traditional 3D Shooters coming to my 3D events.  I was wondering if perhaps I could solicit some help from you and your Organization.
 
My next shoot is scheduled for the 23 and 24 April.  What I would like is for you to put the word out to your club members.  I am hoping to get some positive and negative feedback, from your members shooting my couse, regarding my 3D Shoots regarding Target sets and yardages.  I feel this info would be very beneficial in helping me develop a positive relationship with the Traditional Shooters.
 
As a benefit to your shoots for their assistance, I would set the traditional entry fee to be in line with your club rates @
$7.00 Club members(16 years and older, $20 Annual Member Fee)
$5.00 Youth (12 - 15 years) Cubs, 11 & under free
 
If this is something that you think you and your club may be able to help with, I would be most appreciated.  All I ask is that after they shoot they provide me with verbal feedback with their like and dislikes regarding the shoot and to make any recommendations they have on helping me  provide a more Traditional Friendly 3D event.

FROM ORLEANS, HWY 37 TURN WEST AT YELLOW CAUTION LIGHT ONTO VINCENNES ST. GO DUE WEST 5 MILES TO CO. RD. 425W TURN SOUTH ONTO CTY RD. 425W PROCEED TO MARKS 3D SHOOTS 1/2 MILE ON RIGHT. WE SHOOT MCKENZIE AND DELTA TARGETS.

Is this to be wth compound shooters a
@ same Time ?

Yes, there will be compound shooters.  About 90% of them will be shooting the Bowhunter class which moves pretty fast.  The shoot the Orange stake which is 30-35 yards.  The Traditional stake is White and shoots max distance of 25 yards.  Course, if you want to, you can back up the the next stake if you need a challenge.  If you choose to attend just let me know when you sign in that you are a ITBA member and you will get the ITBA rate.  I have over purchased $6,000.00 of new McKenzie targets this year.   v/r Harold
