I get quite a few questions as to why the member list on the web site is restricted. Not a single member has disagreed with my explanation.
My reasoning is that I figure most of you folks wouldn't want that info setting out freely on an open web site. The question usually is from a member attempting to contact another, and I'm happy to provide that as needed to you guys.
I guess another option would be to provide passwords to current members, but that would raise a whole new issue of controlling that as members come and go; and it would be a fair undertaking from the site administration point of view.
So here it is- a poll - post one word, I'm not looking for commentary, your vote won't count if there is more than one word: - Post YES to completely opening up the member list - Post NO to keeping it exclusve to officers - Post PW to have it password protected for current members
We'll bring it to the board of directors accodingly
