Should have brought a camera but the grandson got his first dose of ITBA shooting. Figured to let him hit the ground running so he was exposed to the Cowles' and shot with them.What doesn't kill you will make you stronger they say.Good time had by all and the boy is bitten big time. Although I was not part of it, the "new" people who will be running the Conservation Club met with our Officers and others. Hopefully JR or Dave or Bill or Dennis can fill us in on the details if any. At first nod it seems good for us.

Yes sir im pretty sure he has the bug,he helped put some of the targets away and asked me if we are shooting the buffalo next shoot.He seemed to be excited to see that big target so i will more than likely set it for him next meeting.
The new conservation club officials came and informed us of the new board structure. basically said the taxes had not been paid for 3 years[$26] and the site came up for tax sale last oct. so they paid the back taxes and registered themselves with the state as the new scott county conservation club.They also stated that as far as the club went there would be no changes as to our rental agreement.They said with what we do and provide for the c.club they want us to stay.They also mentioned they are thinking of cleaning up around the lake and directly behind the club house and taking care of the place alot better than the previous caretaker.They basically wanted to know past and present rental arrangement and fee,they said the c.club had only $52 in their acct.Basically were good,schedule is good,not going anywhere
MOST ALL OF THEM ARE POLICE OFFICERS
Their looking to find out where all the funds went.

I'd say we need to help them out with labor if and when they do have some clean ups and etc. Can't help but help us and them.

I FEEL THESE FOLKS WILL BE A GREAT ASSET TO US AND US TO THEM SEEMED SINCERE AND SUPPORTIVE AND ON SAME PAGE WTH US AND WILL BE MUCH BETTER TO DEAL WITH THEN WHAT WEVE HAD IN THE PAST LOOKS VERY PROMISING BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR ITBA ~~~~!! !!
