Steve Wills gets a lot of shots every year,we need to talk to him. I've heard of parts of Indiana being nearly overun with rabbits. I'm not so sure that we have not had any for so long that we just assume there are none and don't bother to hunt them. Problem is, where do we find a dog these days ?

hunt as it would be called. This is a better name than GORH. It also pretty much describes Jim's huntin style. That's good though as he's not likely to run many in the hole.
I looked at the calendar and our gun season runs till Nov. 28th. Opening day of muzzle load is on Dec. 4th. Ronald talked about us all going up to Patoka that day when they open up the preserve. THe last day of muzzel is Dec. 18th and if Tim still hasn't got a deer yet he will be hunting that last day.
So how does Saturday Dec 11th sound? Might be snow by then
ya there is alot of good places in scottsburg and other places i have access too.most of it is public.where i live now i have pheasants on the farm.we didnt place them here but there is a shooting preserve on the ridge over from us and so we get the benefits of people not being good with a scattergun.....i have 150 acresw of grass flats now and my 2 beagles are up for the chase....

Now you're talkin'! Sounds like you have the makings of an old-time bow outing. I envy you.
