Let me know when you are going public with the company. I want to buy a bunch of stocks. I figure we'll make some money. I am signing up for Australia and Africa hunts.
American Lindsey Vonn has to Forfeit her Gold Medal The International Olympic Committee announced Today that it has taken back the gold medal Previously awarded to American skier Lindsey Vonn and given it to U.S. President Barack Obama. Olympic officials said Obama deserved the medal More than Vonn because no one has ever gone Downhill faster than he has.
In honor of this piece of prose I plan to uncork a bottle of red wine. Thanks John for the excuse.

I am not much of a wine drinker but I always buy some (at a highly inflated price) at our family reunion auction each year to help support the cost. Now I feel better knowing I am actually investing in my health.
A toast to................OUR HEALTH!

I know you think you understand what you think I said, BUT I'm not sure that what you heard is what I actually meant !!
When I was much younger there was an old carpenter down the alley from my parents. He always had a jug of concord wine in his shop. Every once in a while me and my dad would go down there to have the saws sharpened. I always got to have about a teaspoon taste.
We had a grape arbor in our yard that had some of the sweetest grapes I've ever had. I used to eat them by the bunches, and I'd spit the seeds and skins out for the chickens. We used to make a lot of juice and jelly. YUM
There was an old warehouse on the next block over and the owners grandson was in our gang. Not like crips and bloods, more like Spanky. Anyway the old black men that were the workers always had a big jug of homemade wine hidden in there somewhere. We could always find it.
Now days wine is supposed to taste like crap. Fruitty body with hints of leather and coco.
I made some wine this summer. I bought three gallons of Welches at Sams club cheap. I added a can of concentrated frozen concord. Sugar and yeast was all the rest I added. It's too early to tell just how good it's gonna be, but you can taste grape and it burns all the way down Fourteen bottles for eighteen dollars
Actually , Boone's Farm is not a wine but a malt. But who cares. I drank my share of it in the day.

As we get older we sometimes begin to doubt our ability to "make a difference" in the world. It is at these times that our hopes are boosted by the remarkable achievements of other "seniors" who have found the courage to take on challenges that would make many of us wither. Harold Schlumberg is such a person:
QUOTE FROM HAROLD
I've often been asked, 'What do you old folks do now that you're retired?' Well...I'm fortunate to have a chemical engineering background and one of the things I enjoy most is converting beer, wine and whisky into urine. I do it every day and I really enjoy it.
If you had purchased $1,000 of shares in Delta Airlines one year ago, you will have $49.00 today!
If you had purchased $1,000 of shares in AIG one year ago, you will have $33.00 today.
If you had purchased $1,000 of shares in Lehman Brothers one year ago, you will have $0.00 today.
But, if you had purchased $1,000 worth of beer one year ago, drank all the beer, then turned in the aluminum cans for recycling refund, you will have received a $214.00.
Based on the above, the best current investment plan is to drink heavily & recycle. It is called the 401-Keg.
A recent study found that the average American walks about 900 miles a year. Another study found that Americans drink, on average, 22 gallons of alcohol a year. That means that, on average, Americans get about 41 miles to the gallon!
Here's what i see from back porch Target house !!! And I need Lessons ! But as you can see from these Quarter away shots a Blind Monkey finds a Nanner ever Once n A While !!!!

Women= Time x Money Time=Money Therefore Women = money x money or (money)2 Money is the root of all evil, so Money = square root of Evil so it follows that
Last week I purchased a burger at Burger King for $1.58. The counter girl took my $ 2 and I was digging for my change when I pulled 8 cents from my pocket and gave it to her. She stood there, holding the nickel and 3 pennies, while looking at the screen on her register. I sensed her discomfort and tried to tell her to just give me two quarters , but she hailed the manager for help. While he tried to explain the transaction to her, she stood there and cried. Why do I tell you this? Because of the evolution in teaching math since the 1950s:
1. Teaching Math In 1950s
A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is 4/5 of the price. What is his profit ?
2. Teaching Math In 1960s
A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is 4/5 of the price, or $80. What is his profit?
3. Teaching Math In 1970s
A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is $80. Did he make a profit?
4. Teaching Math In 1980s
A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is $80 and his profit is $20. Your assignment: Underline the number 20.
5. Teaching Math In 1990s
A logger cuts down a beautiful forest because he is selfish and inconsiderate and cares nothing for the habitat of animals or the preservation of our woodlands. He does this so he can make a profit of $20. What do you think of this way of making a living? Topic for class participation after answering the question: How did the birds and squirrels feel as the logger cut down their homes? (There are no wrong answers, and if you feel like crying, it's ok.)
6. Teaching Math In 2009
Un hachero vende una carretada de maderapara $100. El costo de la producciones es $80. Cuanto dinero ha hecho?
