I hate to say that but he is. Concerning the deer reduction counties in IN this Fall. I sat down and re-read the rule book last night, and it does say , " an additional four bonus antlerless deer may be taken in each of the following deer reduction counties..(and then it names those counties) "
So if you are so disposed, you can take a heap of deer this Fall. As long as you have the time and money for tags that is.
