I imagine anything Bear from the era when Fred was alive has some collector value. Those would look good in a collage' or in picture of his stuff on a magazine cover
Jose, I was wanting to use them on my hunting arrows that I'm in the process of building. Instead I might use turkey tail feathers. I know their not as durable ,but I think they would be veeerrry quiet
The ACS-KY Chapter meeting is in Louisville this year and I already signed in to attend. I will be there in the morning to attend the lunch and scientific meeting in the afternoon. We are usually done by 4pm. I have not decided yet about staying overnight or what. I have to go back to the shoot on the 19th. Hmmm... Maybe I will make it an extended stay. Let me see if I can convince the old lady to take off work and come with me. Will see.
Hope to see you while your in town. If you get down to this campus, stop in to see me. I usually make tracks for Indiana by 4:pm. If you'all stay, get a hold of me ,as I know all the good resturants
Well, I talked to Crit. last night and he said tail feathers work OK, and look good, but might be more noisy. I have a special chopper, and dont know exactly how this shape will sound, so I'll make one up and test.
