Flying Friday to Alaska. Won't be doing any hunting but visiting family in Fairbanks and make a camping loop south to Valdez, Anchorage and Denali. Can't wait!

Then if things continue to go as we are planning, I am going to Montana Sept 26th on a bear hunting trip with Ron Denton and Brian Gifford. I have been pretty lucky, in the past, so my plan is to assist Brian and Ron get a bear  and be the video guy.

That makes two of us Steve. I thought I was going to make it, but I am going back to Maine on saturday until Sept. 1st. I should make the Sept. shoot.

Man, I really need to get on the Obama bailout, unemployment plan! Getting to travel to Alaska twice in a year is a pretty good gig!LOL! Steve, I'm glad you are getting to enjoy your semi- retirement, and I am looking forward to getting to go on this bear hunt with you and Ron! I hope this all works out and we get to go, I'm really getting excited.
