The state shoot will soon be here and a part of that is the Sat. trade blanket. It will be sometime after 4 to 5pm. We will try and get it started before everyone leaves.
For those of you that haven't done this, it can be a lot of fun. The more people the better. Start looking araund the house for anything outdoors to bring. In the past we have traded bows, guns,knives,tents,cloths,skins and the list goes on. We have traded items of high value and some that weren't. For those that haven't done this remember you don't have to let it go, if you don't get offered what you want. Give it a try!
For those that have done this in the past give some of your thoughts. I would like to see a big crowd this year.
The trade blanket is great fun and I have made some good trades in the past and have some good things to show for it. Last year I ended up with a nice shotgun with two barrels and a case to go with it. I even got some hides and leather and some good knives. I hope more people join in on the fun this year.
I think I have Dolly somewhere. I'll have to look for her.
