1974 CB750four, open header, drag bars, lowered 2.5 inches in the rear, re-jetted carbs, lowered seat, 12.5 1/4mile bike. I'm only good for about an hour at a time, so Alaska would take me a while! Maybe be I could do in 100mph 1/4mile increments!

I have a Yamaha Tour Deluxe, its up to the trip, don't know about me though!
Rode about 600 miles in 3 days last spring, I guess I could do it.....

Well, I wouldn't want it to be an ordeal. I plan to take two weeks each way. About 300 miles a day. If it takes longer, who cares? Feller ought to be back before cold weather.
I'm just daydreamin' about it right now...what I NEED is a rich woman to finance the trip!

If you find her..., check and see if she has a rich sister.......,weirdface
I really think I could do a trip like that, if I had the time.
I got offered to ride to Sturgis this year, but got an elk trip planned next week, and could not spare the vacation time.My buddy wound up making the ride on his own, and said he'd never do it again. He was so ready to get home he rode over 800 miles on the last day ! I call him "ironass" now ! biggrin
 Is that really you're bike?

I added some highway pegs to mine, a new ,bigger windscreen and bought some saddlebags and a tank bag. I will be ready for a trip, even if I don't take one!biggrin.gif
