got a good start on this one today 63" and 1 1/8 wide i hope to start tillering it tomarrow if the ends line up close. hard to tell without putting a string on it what you think ?
Don't know if you did or not but next time you might wanna put some leather or a cedar shim between the clamp foot and the bow back . Once you got the wood hot its pretty plastic like and will take a dent pretty easily. If you make a reverse recurving jig it doesn't matter as much since you'll be working some of the belly wood off anyway during tillering. Looks good , can't wait to see it drawn.
didnt have enough meat in one of the ends and the bend pulled out. maybe still make a bow out of it ?
