I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again myself. Have not seen any of you but Dennis since the August shoot. John and I wanted to get together for some hunting but that didn't pan out(fault on my end). I have Dan's bow repaired and hope it holds up. That guy who builds those needs to re-think his handle glue ups. Got the aerial launcher fixed too. Bottom line on it is, we can't soup it up. The wood won't stand it. I tried to use better wood but even reducing the sizes where possible still left the parts too heavy. I glued up and reinforced the pine they used and it seems to be OK. It split at the hole they drilled for the cross piece and I found it cracked down a grain line.We'll see. Anyhoo , see ya'll Saturday. PS, John has killed more squirrels this year with a bow than I have seen total.

Yep, it's gonna be good to hit the course again. Looking forward to seeing everyone. Looks like the rain is going to miss us. I've got some books, videos, and some spare gear to get rid of, hopefully someone can put some of it to use.
John, you are one squirrel killing machine, 34 would be doing pretty good with a gun, but you with a bow - Wow.
