I would be very interested in getting a knife made for my son for Christmas. Nothing too fancy, just a good strong hunting knife. He's almost 10, so he wouldn't be using it when he's alone. You're work is beautiful and I'm sure he'd cherish is more than a store bought buck or case. He's just about able to field dress a deer on his own and helps me with mine. He's an avid outdoors kid and even took a doe this year with his longbow. Long story short, neighboring property owner wouldn't let us go on to his place and recover it. Even had a CO with me the night we were tracking it. Tried to do the right thing by asking permission, guy didn't care that the kid was 9 and he was using a longbow. sorry about your boys deer ! maybe next time. i'll see what i can do on the knife but can't promiss anything yet. got a few to make for gifts from me right now, i'm just to tight to buy them anything....lol i will let you know something in a week or two for sure. john f
