Dan, I have posted threads about the shoot on Trad Gang , Leatherwall, the Bowsite IN and KY conferences and the Bowyer's Journal message board. I posted all the info I knew about (date ,location etc) but would be happy to add things like entry fees, or any other fee for that matter, etc etc.. Somebody let us know what they are and I can handle it or you can if someone gets you the info. I'm not a big believer in putting info out too early on a shoot but with 2 weeks to go, now is the time to really promote it.

We are having an officers meeting Wednesday night. I will have a news letter ready and try and get it posted Thursday. At that time I hope to have all of the details (shoot fee, etc.)
Sounds like Tim has got the word out, I was looking for the particulars before making my rounds. Shouldn't be a problem to add the details once they are known.
