Help ID old bow

Yard sale find. Cheap, cheap, cheap. No identifying marks. Stamped on riser 60" BC699 45 28. Looks like maple laminations and riser. Dark green glass front and back. I had an identical static recurve except it had maple limb tips with black stripes on them. Looks 50's early 60's era. Any ideas?...

Farmland Fall 2015

First file knife

This is my first real knife. I used an old USA made Arcade file. I annealed it, shaped it, normalized it, hardened it in my forge, and tempered it. Then I sanded it and sanded it and sanded it some more. I had 8 hours in sanding and polishing the blade. Next time I'm doing some sanding before hardening...
