Farmland Fall 2015

Had a great time this fall at Farmland. Reuniting with great friends was a lot of fun. Randy Grider made it up for the first time and says he will go back. His Grandson mason made a good showing with a first and second place trophy.

First file knife

This is my first real knife. I used an old USA made Arcade file. I annealed it, shaped it, normalized it, hardened it in my forge, and tempered it. Then I sanded it and sanded it and sanded it some more. I had 8 hours in sanding and polishing the blade. Next time I'm doing some sanding before hardening...
