You mentioned once that you had the video about Dick Proeneke homesteading in AK. Could I borrow it ? Maybe if you can't make the shoot Sat, Neal could bring it ?

Rondy/ Primative Event at Jefferson County Sportsmans Club
(Preview)
The Jefferson County Sportsmans Club is holding their annual event this weekend, and although I have never been, I hear it's pretty good. We are setting up with the store there, and I think there is going to be a BP woodswalk shoot. Hope to see some familiar faces there!

Turkey
(Preview)
Well, since we swine killers took off the rest of the week, I decided to try for a turk this morning.
Found a young tom with one hen along the edge of the woods.
I did a sneak, and managed to get within 30 yards, but they made me out before I could find a hole to shoot through. It really looked like I'd get a s...

We saw a LOT of hogs. Very thick cover, and the place is a square mile.
We all had shot opportunities and a good time.
Terrible thunderstorm Monday night.

Group Picture
(Preview)
Doyle made mention of a group picture at the last shoot. If extra copies are made, I'd buy one, specially if it was signed by everyone. The procedes could be used for a cheritable act, or whatever the officers decide.

April 15th shoot
(Preview)
I don't think I can make it this weekend to the shoot. This is the opening weekend of Turkey season in Ky. I have promised a friend to help call him in a bird.
I think this may be an evil plan by Ron Nixe.

Flintknapping
(Preview)
How many do we have that would be interested in getting together to do a little knapping? Doyle had talked about getting some folks together when we were knapping at the two day shoot, just wondered how many would be interested.

Need help ID'ing Shotgun
(Preview)
Here's a couple pics, what I think is the key is rubbed down by a lot of handling of the the pistol grip area of the gun, best I can tell it says "W DADH___" although some or all the D's could be R's. This is on the strap that runs from the receiver to the stock. The other side clearly says "MACHINE...

new buisness
(Preview)
I've been looking for a tax write off and have come up with an idea. I enjoy going around to the different shoots and hunts, so I'm thinking of starting my own archery buisness. Don't want to turn it into a huge money making thing, just want to recoup some of my tax money, to help pay for my gas ad shoot fees.
