Look at this picture. I got this old PSE Impala from Nixe on the Round Robin and want to give it to a friend for geberal goofing around. I noticed this "bubble" on the lower limb. Is there any fix for it ? The bubble itself is very thin, about like a pc of paper. Don't know what caused it but can it be fixed ? I thought about squirting super glue into it and clamping it between two pcs of wood covered with wax paper and then lightly sanding it off to get rid of the excess. What do you think ?

Tim,

If it's in the finish I would just sand it off and spray with poly. If it's a glass bubble, I am not sure but you may fill with the glue you build bows with and the spray???

It would seem to be in the finish. Under the "Bubble" is some glass that I can see. The "finish" is very thin and black. Anyway, I worked some good epoxy inder the bubble and clamped with wax paper coated blocks. We'll see. Don't care about appearance , just safety.
