I tried. I just cant do it. I have a problem, and it is one piece longbows. I tried this takedown recurve and surprisingly love it but I just prefer my one piece. This bow tunes easily, is fast, smoother than any bow I have shot, and is beautiful.
I am the second owner since it was made in 2016. The first owner barely shot it and it is in excellent condition. I have two strings that come with it including a custom Country Roads String as well as a slide on Selway quiver. I got it for when I travel for work but still find myself taking my longbow on trips and in the woods.
My loss is your gain. I am in Batesville. The bow, two strings, and quiver are priced to move at $700 for one of the best bows on the market. I am taking a small hit on it in the interest of moving it on to someone who will appreciate it and use it as it should be.
