I got a 1.5 year old doe this evening with my 1962 Bear Kodiak Magnum.  I put a 2 blade Zwickey through both lungs and a rib longways.  She only ran 40 yards before going down.  It was a 10 yard shot.

I know she was 1.5 years old because of that blond patch on her face. She was a fawn last season.
