Yep Kenny's a goodun. He lives all the way over by Evansville and makes a lot of the shoots.
One year Brad Brandum donated a Lou Church selfbow to the give away. That bow was about 80lbs.
They was all out on the practice range tryin to shoot it. A lot of gruntin and short draws.
Ol Man Cowels stepped up and shot about half a dozen times. Said that bow is real fast.
He said whoever wins it that he would like to buy it. Kenny won.
Next time we saw him at a shoot I told him Jim would like to have it.
He said well then give it to him. Made an old mans day.
