How far to Pickett State Park ?

The wife is wanting to plan a get away for the weekend after our  2 day shoot . I thought about going down to Pickett and renting one of the cabins. How long does it take to drive there ? I can't remember, besides we did not go straight there. I think Dennis got us lost a couple of times.


 I liked the looks of those stone cabins they had. Plan to call tomorrow for some details.

I dont remember how far, except it was down there in Tenn. somewhere.


Hey, do me a big favor while your there. Hike down to that little cabin by the creek and empty the bucket.

I'm hoping to find that trail John  and I were on the first day. I'll look for hog sign you can be sure.


 I reserved one of the cabins Dave was in. Everything else was already booked. Warm bed and some place to eat is all we need anyway.I want to borrow someone's topo map to take just in case.I can't seem to find mine.
