I know there are a handful of us ITBA members that also belong to the Compton Traditional Bowhunters. I have decided to throw my name in the ring for their upcoming board election in February for one of the board of directors positions. Since joining the organization, I've met some great folks from all across the country that have a deep interest and passion for traditional bowhunting and archery. For me, the biggest draw to the group is the number of guys that are dedicated to the history associated with traditional archery and the desire to pass along the passion to the next generation. You guys should receive your ballots towards the end of January. I'm the only Hoosier on the ballot so I hoping my Indiana brothers will give me a nod and since I can see Kentucky from my house, that ought to be close enough for my friends across the river. Hate self-promoting, but I can really use the help! Thanks.
