Stir fried squirrel!

Well, I was sitting in the kitchen watching the bird feeder through the window, and it occurred to me to try stir-frying squirrel. So:

2 gray squirrels boild and deboned

chopped onion

chopped bell  pepper

chopped celery

chopped cabbage

cooked rice

soy sauce

pineapple chunks and juice

and Mae Ploy sweet pepper sauce

Stir fry in the wok until done..........BOYS, THIS WAS SO GOOD, GRANNY SLAPPED HERSELF

John no your gonna scare the lady off with questions like that. Be more subtle.

Tell her you got about all the greenbrier cleared off your place and your out house is just a short walk away from the cabin.

Also mention that you arm wrestled Ernest T Bass one time and won.wink
