What do you think about on a frigid snowy day?  Fishing!

One of the greatest fisherman since Gaddabout Gaddis is well known to all of us.  I'm talking about Strang.

He told me one of his secrets for catching tons of fish are little bitty popeye jigs, tipped with maggots.

I tried to buy some at Bass Pro and they were out so I decided to make my own. 

These jigs have bulging red eyes and are black with a white stripe, just like a skunk.

I haven't decided on a name yet, but I think I'm going to call them Little Johnny Stink Eyes.
