urban deer


I've been watching a doe bedded in my backyard for the last hour or so. In the busiest part of New Albany.confuse

That makes the fourth deer I've seen today.

The other three were in a more rural setting.

I don't know if I should feel sorry for these city deer or not. I think their pretty safe. I've only seen two  dead on this very busy road in all the years I've been here.

I saw one I'd liked to of had this morning. 15yds lookin straight at me.hmm

Young 6 pt about 125lbs. That is my ideal deer.

Ron had his great great  granddaddy at 5 yards.biggrinbiggrin

City deer are probably moving in there to retire. Getting too old to live wild......either that, or they are hitting the drive-through at Micky D's
