They just haven't changed. stand...look through range finder...stand some more...draw compound device..let it back down...draw again I never would allow one of those things in my home, so why shoot along side of them? Traditional Archery and Compounders have NOTHING in common.. It's like the difference between polyester and old milwakee...And tweed and fine bourbon!!

I shot at Harrison county today. Don't get me wrong, I love the trad shoots there but today there was compounders there also..I havent been around that kind for about 20 years and never will again.. I look forward to Bobs traditional shoots though!
Todd, can't Dennis make you a "Traditional Compound"? I figure a cable bow design, maybe use thread spools at the limb tips. A chicken foot bone arrow rest. Empty Grits can with knotted shoelaces taped on the side for a sight. Maybe a short section of Cowles' walking cane for a stabilizer...............you get the idea?
