ITBA Banquet

In our Sept. meeting we decided to have a banquet for the club members. Dave McKnight, Steve Redden and myself (Steve Humphrey) have been working out plans over the last two weeks and are now making final plans.

We have a proposed date of Sat. Dec. 10th at 6:30 pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Scottsburg. This will be free to members and their spouse with additional guest at a fee of $7.00. We are attempting to arrange a guest presentation and a nice door prize for a club member.

By the first of next week we will be sending out flyers with complete information and requesting an rsvp so we will have an accurate count for the meal.

Please consider attending, this will be an opportunity to share stories and pictures of your hunting experiances and just catch up with with all your friends.

Any questions can be addressed to me on this thread, otherwise keep an eye on your mail box for the flyer.

Good luck in your hunt, Steve H.

Can I be sure and get some info... I think you have my address and stuff... Although I wasn't able to be a member this  year due to family and work... I'd sure like to still come if that's possible...

Thanks, Steve for getting this started. This will be open to all members or non members. We would like as many that want to come as possible.

As a benefit to those who have paid the annual membership fee we will pay for there spouse and them.

To all others there will be a $7.00 charge. The club will pick up the rest of the cost for your meal.

This is our first attempt at this and it figures to be a good time. Please attend. You don't have to wait for the flyer. You can respond back to Steve on this e-mail and we can start putting our confirmed list together.

If you have questions you can call Steve H, Dave McKnight or me

Thanks, Steve Redden

This is Dennis. The wife and I will be there. Just a couple of questions.

Do we have to dress up?

How much can we eat?

And this ones for no one in paticular. If your date is also your cousin, is it still free.

No but if your date is MY cousin, it's double the price !!

The wife and I will be there Steve, unless she goes with Dennis, and in that case, I'll bring my cousin.

Jon,

I'll be sure you get info, and yes you are more than welcome to attend.

Dennis,

Yes clothes are required, we'll make sure you get plenty to eat and your cousin will cost $7.00 unless you had a civil ceramony.

Any questions call me. 812-883-3714

Hi Steve,

I'm looking forward to the banquet. I will be bring my girlfriend because my wife don't want to be seen with me. Everyone bring your pictures or make up a big lie about what got away. I hope everyone has had a great hunting season so far. I hope everyone is doing Great. I have no pictures so I'm working on a big tail.  Hope to see everyone there.

Ron

My wife and I are planning to make it, don't book me just yet as the new baby has been in the hospital and we are not in a position to commit at this time.

How long do you figure to have the room? I'll need to make babysitter plans.

Edited to add:

What do you think about posting this on KTBA's site for those guys who might want to attend? Just a thought.

I was thinking a poster with some pictures from this past year might be a good thing to have set up, what do you all think? I can get something to Dennis or somebody even if I can't make it.
