It has never been my intention to schedule our shoots on the same weekend of any ITBA shoots, so this year I thought i could throw together a schedule early, and try and correct dates (if possible) so there would be no, or little conflict. Not knowing who to contact for this I thought I would throw it up here on the board for all to see, and hope the right person(s) would respond and get this done.
Here is what I have right now,
Jan 21, feb 18,mar17,April 6-8 (KyTradFest),may 12-13 (Ironman shoot),june 23, july 21,aug 18-19 (Tyler Roberts NASP Benefit)
Jan 21, Apr 6-8, june 23, are pretty much in stone as I have no other options for these dates, the other months are negotiable. feb 18 can be done on the feb 4, mar 17 can be done on mar 31, may12-13 can be done may 26-27,july 21 can be done july 7, and aug 18-19 can be done aug 4-5.
Understand that any shoot more than one day is a campout shoot, meaning the night before and night of(Friday and saturday night) I also decided to make the KyTradFest a 3 day shoot, as so many show up on friday anyway. Someone please let me know asap if this schedule is suitable, or if I need to correct the dates that I can. Merecer County Archery, and Henry County Bowhunters are waiting for my schedule before making theirs, and we must have a schedule submitted soon. Thanks a bunch,
I don't have a calender in front of me but basically it's the first and third sat. for Jan, Feb, and Mar. Then it's the third Sat of the month there after thru Sept.
I belive the two day is in May and the Jam is in Sept.
I hope we can all get together more this year.

Dennis is right on our schedule. Looks like Jan, Feb, Mar, July and Aug would conflict with our dates. Thanks for considering our dates but I know you gotta do what works for you guys too.
I'm lookin forward to the Trad Fest again this year too.

Turns out I scheduled the KyTradFest on Easter weekend ! Had a club members wife point that out, so it had to be changed. The ad has been sent to Traditional Bowhunter Magazine, so thats what it is.
Just wanted to be sure and let you guys know, so you could make the plans to attend. Sorry about the confusion.
