Wanted to see how eveyones season is going..got one big doe down 18 yd.shot quartering away,down in 40 yds.used my bw pma 2 56@28 562 grain easton st.epic with a muzzy 220.seeing lots of last years young,been passing on the younger stuff waiting on some of the older deer my farm holds.passed on 9 different bucks,ill probally regret it later.but overal a good season to be out of doors....

shot 11 squirrels so far and missed a doe. Not many deer up here--at least on public ground

Come on over to this side of the river John. We grow em so big over here they are hard to miss. Especially in eastern KY.   LOL

Good one for us. Shot a button buck with a Rich Emery Longbow and cedar shaft, zwickey head at less than 10 yards. Short recovery. Killed a nice 2.5 year old 7 pointer last Monday morning at first light. Shot was longer than normally would take, but everything fell together and I clipped top of heart and exit wound through opposite lung. Dead on his feet and was on the ground within 30 seconds. Same bow, but a carbon shaft and Magnus 2 blade. Drew killed a nice doe a couple weeks ago on his own with a Samick recurve, carbon arrow and Magnus head.

I got My 1st Trad Deer Tuesday wth a 66 Kodiak ! Just got off Phone wth Todd he killed a Nice Doe Today wth a ol Bear Mag  !! !!

I passed on a small 5 point opening weekend and have not had a shot since.

Pulled the card out of my camera this evening and saw I had some visitors recently.





I hope they come back by tomorrow.
