Billy want's to have a work day on Sunday, May 15th. We need as many volunteers as possible. Every one should bring choppers, cutters, slicers and dicers. In other words any tools that might be needed to get the course and grounds in good shape. Make note that the 15th is not this coming Sunday but the next. This Sunday is Mothers Day and we realize that French and Cowels will want that day off to get together and celebrate
The shoot will be 30 targets with one shot at each. Your first round will be the scoring round for the competition. Anyone wanting to shoot in the overall comp must shoot all three classes. The price to shoot all around is $ 30.00. If you don't want to enter in the all aroun competition, you can still get three rounds for $30. You can use the same bow for all rounds. You can only be in the comp though if you shoot recurve, longbow and self bow. The price also includes the coon shoot. The price to shoot a single round and unlimited practice range will be $15.00. Then the coon shoot will be an additional $5.00
We will have more novelty shoots this year again so make sure everyone has a special smoker round arrow made up. Mine will be made of fire hardened osage that is painted florescent chartruse
Camping will be free unless we find out otherwise. We will camp up on top like in the past. I would like to reserve the only level spot up there for John's van. Far from barking dogs and snorrers
Food will be served around lunch time and will be burgers and dogs some turkey furters etc. Everyone is welcome to bring goodies to share.
We will have another trade blanket starting around 5:00 pm. We hope to get the origional trade blanket chairman to run the show again. Everyone please try to bring as much stuff as they can and make this years blanket the biggest yet.
Vendors can set up free behind the club. Bob Enlow has agreed to bring a couple picnic tables up to set outside if the weather is nice. He will also bring a porta potty that we can use. This will save the club a bunch of money. Thanks Bob. I also figgured that Tim could get one of them little campin pottys and keep it in the back of his van as another option. I'm sure the club will buy you an air freshner to hang on your mirror. I like Charmin the best. Thanks Tim

I didn't even hear the dog at Compton. But Jim was snoring so loud the tent almost caved in. Or maybe that was the 100 mph winds that day.. Man, what a storm!
