its too easy to just throw them by hand. We made cardboard discs (laminated several layers of corogated)  problem is enough room,enough arrows, and help picking up arrows. We shot them alot at KTBA after a shoot, only stipulation is everyone participating has to help gather arrows. even with flu flus its a lot of walking to round up a couple of hundred arrows scattered over an acre or so.
