Between my aging and my cholesterol pills my muscle strength is going down the drain real fast. I am going to unload 2 old Elburg bows that are too heavy for me. You guys get first crack at them before I go public.
Old original Jaguar, 66" long, 59#@25 1/2". It looks like bubinga riser and honey locust (?) limbs. FF ready. The usual nicks/scratches that I covered with super glue. FF ready. $275, s/i tyd.
Jaguar Magnum, 64" long, 59#@25". Bubinga riser and red elm limbs. Purple heart riser overlays. FF ready. The usual nicks/scratches that I covered with super glue. FF ready. $325, s/i tyd.
Same for me Randy... to much weight for these old shoulders...
I'd like to have a Jaguar Magnum again... I traded off the one I'd bought from Jose a few years ago... it was 49@25"... for a perfect 55#@28... Shedua riser and stained red elm limbs... black tip overlays... can you tell I miss her
Yea, too much weight. I bought those bows thinking about big game hunting. But like Mr. Nail, I think my big game hunting, most of it any ways, is going to be squirrels and rabbits.
Well I'll be... I had no idea it was still in the area...
May just have to get together with you one day to shoot her again Steve...
Jonathan
PS... Would anyone happen to have my old Jaguar Express... she was 63# at 27", Red elm back and walnut belly with bubinga riser and tillered for 3 under... made in early '95... she was my first Elburg and I stupidly let her go also... Dumb... Dumb...
