I may not make it to the shoot this weekend. It really sucks because I haven't miss one in 7 years.
Work is killing me and I may be spending the weekend in Atlanta. If I come home Friday night I have to be back down there early Monday. That may be to much.
So, you may want to get a backup leader for the trade blanket. I don't know anyone with as big a mouth as me but.... Ron Nixe. You may want to try and get him.
I need to think hard this week and decide what I can do. Good luck to all at the shoot.

I'm taking the pathfinder and have a 12' x 12' tent. Plenty of room for 2 air mattresses.
I put my stave in Dan's hot box and think it's pretty dry. It's bending some, but I hate to take it outside in the hurricane to scrape on it any more. Maybe I can talk you into taking your heat gun and caul this weekend? I'll give you a call before the weekend rolls around.
Hate to hear that Steve. If Ronald's mouth ain't big enough I think mine is, but hope you get there nonetheless. We were talking the last time I saw you about a person "uncluttering" his life. How's that working out ? Sounds good now though , doesn't it ?
I ain't got much trade stuff this time around, but have some knives (some I made and some I did not), gun cleaning kit, scope, and a bunch of "etc" stuff. Oh, and also, a nice walking staff I made with a naked lady on it !!
