We just got back from Florida. I think everyone had a great time even though it was a bit chily for Florida, just in the 60's during the day. Tom Anderson, shot well, missing the top group only by one. Bob Enlow wasn't far behind with that old stick and sting that has been patched and repaired several times. Margo Grider gave the the women down there a run for their money, shooting very well. Randy Grider and myself didn't do too bad either we were only 5 points apart going into the last round. I jumped several notches from last year. I still have several notches to go to be back at the top of my game. Wish you all could have been there,it was a lot of fun. If you noticed us pointing to Bob's Bow,well thats where we had to repair the boo boo, when he tryed  to string it backwards in the dark before the coon shoot. It's amazing what that O'sage will take and keep on ticking.

Dale,

Glad to see you guys had a good time. I heard that the weather was a bit chilly. Youwere with Randy for that long and you can still say you had a good time? Strange???

I did get to shoot at the ITBA this past Sat and the weather was great there. Hope to see you soon.

Steve

(I did shoot in a group with 3 redtail bows Sat. ( now that the weather is a little warmer I saw a couple of the Black Stallions braving it.)blankstare

Hey Steve,

Yes it was a bit chily down there this year in the upper 60's during the day. Yeah, some of those Stallions only like the warm wheather, but they have been known to kick some RedTail butt every now and then. We were with Randy the hole weekend and still had a good time. Stranger things have happened, I guess. LOL.
Hope to see you soon as well. Sure missed you and Ron this year.

Hey, I had a good time too! We headed south...., and kept heading south, 'till we wound up in Key West ! It was warm there, but still not warm enough for the sunbunnies to be frolicking in the ocean like I dreamed about. biggrin  We slowly cruised back north after a few days there, and stopped near Macon ,GA for the TBG state shoot on saturday. It was raining and muddy, so Margo sat in the car while i shot 40 targets with 5 complete strangers, all Georgia boys, nice fellows. They took harrasssment, scrutiny, and just general ridin' the hell outta each other to a whole different level ! I felt like my bouts with Steve Redden were pure amatuer attempts! Real good guys, I had fun, and made  some new friends. Was kinda hpoin' you guys would be there.  Maybe next year. Thanks to Tom, Bob, and Dale for puttin' up with me for 2 whole days.
